About the Chef

Classically trained and well traveled, Maggie Colangelo has chef'd and restaurant consulted around the world. The former baker/owner of New Milford's beloved Food for Thought and more recently, the owner/chef at 9Main Cafe in New Preston has happily landed on Washington's historic Green. Her new endeavor at The Po allows Maggie to marry fun food with farm fresh ingredients.
